12. Personal Data and Cookies
12.1 Data Controller and Scope
The Operator acts as data controller for personal data processed through the Site. We process personal data in compliance with UK data protection law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
12.2 Categories and Purposes
We may process identification and contact data (e.g., name, email, phone), booking and transaction data, communications, technical data (e.g., IP address, device and browser information), and usage data. We use this information to operate the Site, provide and improve Services, manage bookings or enquiries, communicate with you, ensure security, comply with legal obligations, and for analytics and administrative purposes.
12.3 Lawful Bases
We process personal data on the bases of: performance of or entry into a contract; our legitimate interests (such as Site operation, security, and improvement); your consent (for example, where required for certain cookies or marketing); and legal obligations.
12.4 Sharing and Transfers
We may share personal data with service providers who assist us in operating the Site or delivering Services (for example, hosting, security, analytics, payment processing, communications). Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or an international data transfer agreement, together with supplementary measures where necessary.
12.5 Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including for satisfying legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, and then securely delete or anonymise it.
12.6 Your Rights
You have rights under data protection law, including the right to access your personal data, to rectify inaccuracies, to erase data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability, subject to legal limits. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
12.7 Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to operate, analyse, and improve the Site. Non-essential cookies will be used only with your consent, which you can manage via your browser or device settings. Essential cookies are necessary for the Site to function and do not require consent.

We take reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data and the integrity of the Site. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your use of the Site.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or for business or operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately, but the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including those relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnity, and governing law.
15. Changes to the Site and to these Terms
We may update and change the Site from time to time. We may also revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Site.
16. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, lockouts, war, terrorism, civil commotion, utility failures, or interruptions in telecommunications or internet services.
17. Communications and Notices
Notices and communications from us may be provided by posting on the Site, by email to an address you have provided, or by any other reasonable means. You agree that such electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
18. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No failure or delay by us in exercising any right shall operate as a waiver of that right. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations to another entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganisation or for business needs.
These Terms, together with any additional terms expressly referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Site and supersede any prior understandings or agreements covering the Site.
19. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
